Connecticut Plastics is proud to announce that we are entering our 30th year in business! We began in 1980 with 2 employees and one milling machine. Our philosophy has been centered on precision and growth; continually increasing our capabilities and skills to meet customer demand over the years. Today we are a world class manufacturer of precision plastic components. We have over 28 employees at two locations with over 40 pieces of equipment.
Despite the recent downturn in the global economy, we saw growth in 2009. Additional capabilities and services, like bonded plastic manifolds and clean room services have been added. Connecticut Plastics upgraded to a larger Wallingford, Connecticut facility and added to our labor force. We aggressively went after new business overseas and can now say that our parts can be found in devices all over the globe.
We continue to provide plastic machining, plastic turning, micro machining, vapor polishing, and small assembly services to our customers. We serve the medical device, instrumentation and measurement, electronics, aerospace, nuclear and automotive industries.
